Their hard work paid off as the home was sold within one week, above asking, and with multiple offers!!! Although we hit some snags during escrow, both Ami and Silvia were responsive to our needs and provided a speedy resolution. As for our new home, Silvia was able to negotiate a fabulous deal in which we already had equity prior to even moving into the home!
