Christian is changing how real estate is marketed and sold, and eliminating the disconnect and lack of communication between agent and seller that you find with many realtors. He came highly recommended by multiple friends. Don’t let the upbeat attitude and nice guy personality fool you, this dude is a real estate slinging beast. Christian and his team earn every penny of the commission by outworking everyone else and making sure everything goes smooth and quick. Christian came with a fully prepped binder on my specific house and an entire plan of action to market and sell the property. While my remodel was being finished he was out using all the various social media platforms and connections he has to build hype and interest for the property. Whether it was 6am or 9pm he was always available via text, phone call or email to answer any questions. He was completely honest, upfront and extremely accurate about what the property was worth (unlike other realtors that have the same exact home up the street listed much higher but have been sitting for months and multiple times reduced the price trying to get interest, that’s bad in this hot market). Once I handed Christian the keys I didn’t have to do a thing except sign the selling docs two weeks later. Because of his hardwork, hustling, premarket buzz he created and professional photos he had taken, we received over a dozen offers in less than 48 hours. Christian had it sold and closed 24 days after he listed the property on MLS, 24 DAYS! That was including multiple days of showings, negotiations, offer acceptance, inspection, appraisal, loan approval, escrow and closing. Ive already recommended Christian to everyone I know, this guy is awesome!
