Sally Greene is the best realtor I have ever worked with. Her confidence, positive attitude, negotiating skills and boundless energy made the whole process as smooth as could be. Sally’s top level negotiating style helped us to get over asking price. She is an extrovert whose people skills never failed to amaze me. She makes friends with everyone she meets. I inherited my brother’s home which had a lot of deferred maintenance. Sally had a contact name and number for every type of service provider needed. Within minutes she contacted them and had appointments to meet them. I do not live in the same town as my brother’s home and Sally was a life saver, meeting with vendors so that I didn’t have to drive all the way there all the time. She is so easy to communicate with, she picked up the phone every time I called her. She made herself available whenever I had questions or needed to discuss something. I give Sally the highest possible recommendation possible. I will use her again for any future real estate needs. I am a very, very satisfied client.

Selling our home with Sally was an incredible experience from start to finish. From day one, she went above and beyond — not just listing the property, but truly managing every detail with care, expertise, and a personal touch - from the gardening to the staging. Sally helped stage the house beautifully, coordinated repairs and showings seamlessly, and communicated with us at every step. When challenges arose, she handled them with professionalism and calm confidence and presented various options with obvious professional consideration. She even took the initiative to market the home through creative channels and personally followed up with potential buyers to ensure nothing was missed. She only had trusted co-workers present the house when she was not able and NEVER used "house sitters" thereby ensuring that all interested buyers were contacted and considered. In the end, the home sold quickly - within 6 weeks!! thanks entirely to Sally's dedication, market knowledge, and tenacity. I can’t recommend her highly enough — if you want someone who treats your sale as if it were their own, Sally is the one to call.

Sally was not our agent, she was the seller's agent, but we found her extremely helpful and knowledgable at every step of the process. Working with our agent, she facilitated a very fast escrow without a hitch, and we'd recommend anyone looking for a greta agent to give her a call.

From the moment we met to discuss the listing, Barry was in charge! Typically this is difficult for me but selling our dream home after 15 wonderful years was tough so with his vast experience and knowing what it takes to sell a home in this crazy market, Barry was great from Day 1. He is direct, no nonsense, honest but caring. He knows the neighborhood and the market and he has a great way with other brokers. His guidance and willingness to pitch in got us an offer after the first open house!

This is the second time I have used his services. He sold my home in West Adams in 2018. My views of Barry are unchanged in this second sale. His market knowledge was on point. We had several offers and he professionally sorted through the offers with realistic expectations of the offers and potential buyers. He kept me informed every step of the way. The Escrow company he involved operated with the same high standards of professionalism. Barry's calm kindness and integrity was refreshing as today morals have seemingly been hard to find as people scramble to win with fast results. Barry handled this entire sale perfectly and met my high standards every step of the way. I highly recommend him.

Barry Dantagnan exceeded every expectation in selling our home in Sherman Oaks. His deep knowledge of the local market and strategic marketing generated strong interest. Barry provided exceptional communication and guidance at every stage, from staging and showings to closing. His attention to detail and professionalism alleviated all stress. We highly recommend Barry Dantagnan as the outstanding real estate professional in the Los Angeles area.
