We can't recommend Mario Acosta enough! He has been there for us every step of the way through the purchase (and eventual sale) of a multi-unit property, and then the purchase of a single-family home. In our initial transition, we were first-time homebuyers looking for a multi-unit property; we knew next to nothing about the process. Mario was patient and knowledgeable throughout, even with the added pressure of the global pandemic (this was March of 2020). Two years later, we decided to sell and find a single family home. He immediately devised a plan that worked for us and facilitated a deal that we were very satisfied with. When we found our dream home, Mario did everything he could to ensure that our offer was accepted. This was made even more difficult due to the white-hot housing market of Summer 2022 (what can I say, we have a knack for choosing 'interesting' times to buy). He goes the extra mile, is very knowledgeable about estimated repair costs and is unflappably professional, even in the face of complications that jeopardize the deal. Every interaction has left us feeling more confident and cared-for. He interfaced directly with our lender, recommended contractors (who later became our trusted go-to contacts), and followed up with us well after the deal was done. To summarize- whether you're a first-time buyer or experienced, looking for an investment property or your dream home, Mario Acosta is the real estate agent for you! We couldn't imagine using anyone else.

I was a first time homebuyer that didn't know anything about real estate and wasn't sure I'd ever be able to find or buy a home. Clark Hill changed all of that and, now that I am a home owner, continues to be the greatest resource I have in navigating my way through this experience. Clark was hands on and, I felt, invested in me and my satisfaction 110% of the way. I know very well that he has many other clients, but the level of care and service he provides lets you trust that you always have his undivided attention. When you need him, Clark is always a phone call away, when documents come in, he will patiently sit and explain every line of legalese. If you ask for his opinion, you get honest answers. He never tried to sell me more house than I could afford- the opposite, if anything!- and I could believe deep down he always had my best interests at heart. Buying your first home is an emotional process way more than I could have imagined and sometimes Clark would randomly check in just to see how I was feeling. Believe me when I say that you cannot put a value on that level of customer commitment. Probably the best thing about Clark is his reach, rolodex and the respect he commands from others in the industry. Your relationship extends well beyond just driving around looking at properties. Working with Clark means that you will have a whole team assembled to help you through every step of the process from mortgage lenders when you're trying to put your loan together to painters and handymen when you move in. If you are like me and don't even know what you don't know about owning a home- Clark is always ready with answers to your questions and resources to help solve your problems, big and small. In my particular case, thanks to Clark's longevity in the business, he happened to already know the selling agents of the home I fell in love with and I believe that relationship made a major difference when we submitted my offer.

I work for a professional services firm that prides itself on providing excellent client service, and I'm always looking to work with individuals that share that same sentiment. Not only did Tom share that sentiment, he exceeded my expectations by his overall professionalism, knowledge and attention to detail. Tom made our home purchase an easy process, which I appreciated given the anxiety my girlfriend and I had about buying our first home. From the first time I met him, I felt he was looking after our interests even if it meant he was going to potentially lose the deal. Every time we spoke to him, he was very informative and he was quick to provide thoughtful answers to any questions that were asked, which demonstrated his experience. I know Tom has a lot of clients, but I felt we were his only client by the way he made time for us, which I greatly appreciated. If you are looking for a trustworthy, experienced agent, I would highly recommend working with Tom. I certainly look forward to working with him again in the near future.

Allyson and her partner, Karen, did a wonderful job and they were with us months ahead of listing. They provided us with great guidance in prepping our house for sale including what improvements to make to improve the curb appeal and general sell-ability. Their referrals for a painter, a carpenter and a cleaning crew were spot on. The market is very strange now with a lot of unpredictability. Even though inventory is low, the market is acting like a buyers' market. Allyson and Karen were very honest and upfront when it came with a pricing strategy. The sales price was not what we would have hoped going into it but in hindsight, it was the best it could have been and the sale and closing happened quickly, which was just what we needed. Since we were moving out of state prior to the sale, Allyson and Karen were not just agents, they were friends who helped out with some of the things we couldn't take care of since we were not in the area. They did everything short of loading boxes with us in the moving truck. Highly recommend Allyson and Karen.
