My wife and I were first time home buyers and we were referred to Ruben by our broker. Right from the start and throughout the entire process Ruben was able to answer all of our house hunting questions (we had a lot of questions). We weren't in a rush to purchase a home but Ruben helped helped us find our dream home in under two weeks! He was able to guide us through the escrow process and all that it entailed. We successfully closed on our first home in 30 days and will now be able to create countless new memeories with our family. We could not have asked fo a better agent. Thank you for all of your hard work!

It's been a minute since I bought my house, but I can tell you that Sahmon goes above and beyond. He helped out with all aspects of buying my house and assisted me every step of the way. Even after my purchase, he was always very helpful when there was something I did not understand. I highly recommend using Sahmon as your realtor too, as he's very knowledgeable and has the experience to get it done for you!
