I had lived in my condo for 32 years. Needless to say, I was overwhelmed and emotional having to sell. I am in very poor health needing to now live with my sister. Being a first-timer, I didn’t have a clue what to do but I ended up having the best experience in selling my home. The entire selling process was fast, seamless and stress- free thanks to Janette’s exceptional skills and guidance. Janette was there every step of the way. I was amazed how she strategically marketed my condo to get multiple offers. Open house weekend was a huge success with 6 offers (4 above listing) followed by several offers days later. The result was a record high sale in my large development. She’s a top producer for RE/MAX for a reason! Her team’s assistance made preparing my home to sell effortless. She re-arranged and thinned out most rooms to look more spacious and attractive. She also added much needed minor details that were very tasteful. I am forever grateful to Janette and her team for making me feel well taken care of. I highly recommend Janette to anyone looking for a very caring and knowledgeable realtor who genuinely prioritizes her client’s best interests.
