Allyson and her partner, Karen, did a wonderful job and they were with us months ahead of listing. They provided us with great guidance in prepping our house for sale including what improvements to make to improve the curb appeal and general sell-ability. Their referrals for a painter, a carpenter and a cleaning crew were spot on. The market is very strange now with a lot of unpredictability. Even though inventory is low, the market is acting like a buyers' market. Allyson and Karen were very honest and upfront when it came with a pricing strategy. The sales price was not what we would have hoped going into it but in hindsight, it was the best it could have been and the sale and closing happened quickly, which was just what we needed. Since we were moving out of state prior to the sale, Allyson and Karen were not just agents, they were friends who helped out with some of the things we couldn't take care of since we were not in the area. They did everything short of loading boxes with us in the moving truck. Highly recommend Allyson and Karen.

Among many of the usual needs as a seller, my unique ones were around the timing of sale, hands-on operational support, and navigating around specific administrative procedures - and they were all met with great professionalism. The fundamental expectations of a seller agent wrapped with a high level of attention to detail on even the smallest of matters (but important to me) were delivered - indeed a gift! The 5 most notable areas of excellence in working with Armen were: 1) the marketing approach that suited my timeline; 2) the practical recommendations on handling the ins-and-outs of preparing the property from open house through to final inspection; 3) the sales approach, negotiation and communication that was fair to all parties involved; 4) the speed and succinctness of communication in email and over the phone; and 5) the quality of the trouble shooting on administrative matters. From the day of listing to close of escrow it took just 38 days. Overall, I felt the key success factor above all else in working with Armen was the feeling of trust. The trust factor prevailed throughout the entire seller-experience which was paramount when we dealt with matters that were as planned, as well as when we dealt with matters that couldn’t have been foreseen and needed pragmatic solutions. At the start of the seller-experience all I wanted was an agent who would treat and sell my property as if it was his/her own, and by the end that’s what I got and much more...so I’m a happy and satisfied client!
