Mark is the best. Period, full stop. He recently sold my condo and I could not have been happier with the experience. The sale required a significant remodel, as well as staging, and having Mark as my agent throughout the process was invaluable and his expert advice more than paid off. We ended up getting multiple offers far above the asking price. Mark is an incredibly hard worker, very responsive, and his attention to detail ensured that the entire process went smoothly and no balls were ever dropped. I am extremely happy with the services that Trey provided. I live 1,400 miles away in Texas, and so I was completely dependent on his handling of virtually all aspects of the sale, including laying out a marketing and selling strategy appropriate to the condition of the house, its unique and attractive features, and its location. With him presenting, we had multiple offers for the house, and Trey and his partner sorted out through the varied offers to order them according to their relative strengths (which was a different ordering than simply their offering prices). After Trey countered to have some minor omissions and ambiguities corrected, the final sales price was about 9% higher than the listing price. Trey guided me through all of the legal documentation associated with the sale. Needless to say, I recommend Trey and his partners at Keller Williams very highly!
