But she made me feel at ease and made sure that I felt no pressure at all. I had already been house hunting for a year before working with Sonia. She listened to all my needs, and made sure she showed me listings that matched my needs and stayed within budget (which was very important for me). When I found my ideal home, she acted quickly and made sure we closed! She is very knowledgeable and has a great eye for detail. She made sure to ask all the right questions at our viewing, was honest and showed great integrity. It was honestly like I was working with a friend rather that an agent because I could feel that she only wanted the best for me.I recommend her to anyone who is ready to find their home and have a great experience while doing it, she’s the best!

This review is long overdue. After dealing with a realtor who turned out to be aggressive and tried to get us to buy any house quickly, we found Mod on Facebook. She is sweet, relaxed (no pressure), yet very attentive to our needs and has a lot of experience. Because we were first time homebuyers, we texted her with all types of random questions. She responded quickly and accurately and worked late into the night to meet deadlines and ensure that everything went smooth (it did). She showed us that buying a home requires a strategic approach to get the best deal and it’s not just about money.
