Above and Beyond and then some!
After losing out on what, I thought, was my ideal home, I was disheartened. It was right at the onset of the pandemic and my hopes of finding a home were truly at their lowest. It was then that Giselle and her team truly went above and beyond! Giselle worked her connections and somehow got a private viewing of home in the same area that was better and wasn’t even on the market! Despite a horrible Escrow/Title experience (seller’s required use of their people), Giselle managed to get my purchase closed weeks before the first property, with several concessions and well below the appraised value! (And no, it’s not a fixer upper). I am so grateful to Giselle and her Team and I guarantee you will NOT regret choosing her as your Realtor
