Did I mention the property was listed at the end of November, the slowest time for real estate deals, with the interest rates in high 6-7%?! Live videos on social media, professional staging and photographs, amazing marketing materials, constant feedback and advise was our experience with them! Stacy Blair Young is an amazing realtor who's years of experience is evident from the moment she agrees to work with you. What we thought would be an easy transaction, turned ugly very quickly but Stacy gave us great advice and fought hard for what was right. Even when the advise is NOT what we were hoping to hear. She worked un-Godly hours, protected our interests and even took/placed calls while on vacation in Europe as the buyer got more manic by the minute.
