Val was the lead agent that we worked with while searching for our new home so most of our interactions were with her, but when Arbi was involved he was very helpful as well. Val is the reason we are in our home now. She worked tirelessly with us and for us throughout the process. She was so supportive and honest, while giving us the space and support to make the decisions that were best for us. She never made us feel like we were taking up too much of her time (even when we were) and spent many days and hours with us looking at homes. She was a sweetheart to our kids and they loved her too!
