Fantastic agent who goes the extra step!

Katrin was able to sell my house that I thought would be unsellable. They were able to get a good price for our house and the entire process from start to finish was smooth. We were even able to negotiate two months of rent while we were looking for our new home, which we also bought Katrin (and her partner Maryam). Almost a year later, still super happy with our choice! Matt was very knowledgeable and very hands on

Matt was very knowledgeable and very hands on. My wife and I were first time home buyers and he really took the time to walk us through the ins and out. He was patient and attentive the whole time. His vast experience was evident and paid off in his advice on our offer which the listing agent said made all the difference. His recommendations for inspectors et. al. were impeccable as well. Overall nothing but great things to say about Matt. He knows his business, knows his area, knows his resources, and is easy to work with--just a great guy. We'll use him next time for sure.
