Matt was very knowledgeable and very hands on. My wife and I were first time home buyers and he really took the time to walk us through the ins and out. He was patient and attentive the whole time. His vast experience was evident and paid off in his advice on our offer which the listing agent said made all the difference. His recommendations for inspectors et. al. were impeccable as well. Overall nothing but great things to say about Matt. He knows his business, knows his area, knows his resources, and is easy to work with--just a great guy. We'll use him next time for sure.
