This is my husbands favorite house. As my husband, he was the most diligent buyer, Fonda negotiated this purchase 3 times! Finally, the sellers were unable to move out, so they rented the house back from us. This was one interesting purchase. The inspection yielded several issues which resulted in the first 2 buyers to pass on the property. Only after the first 2 buyers gave up, were we able to negotiate the right deal on this property.

We've known Reni Rose for more than 15 years and have trusted her with our real estate needs throughout that time. She has helped us lease property and, most recently, represented us in the sale of our longtime family home in Lower Rancho Arcadia. Selling a home that has been in the family for decades is a significant milestone, and Reni handled every aspect of the process with professionalism, care, and excellent communication. From pricing and marketing the property through negotiations, escrow, and closing, she kept everything organized, anticipated issues before they became problems, and made sure we always understood what to expect. One of Reni's greatest strengths is her knowledge of the Arcadia real estate market. She understands what makes neighborhoods like Lower Rancho Arcadia unique and provided thoughtful, practical advice throughout the sale. We always felt she was focused on achieving the best outcome for us, and her experience and steady guidance gave us confidence every step of the way. After almost two decades of working together, we can say that Reni consistently puts her clients first. We are grateful for everything she did to make the sale of our home a success and would highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy, sell, or lease property in Arcadia.
