He took the time to answer our many questions and talk us through the different decision points (e.g., which places to make offers on, how much to offer, how to respond to counter-offers, weighing things that came up in inspection, waiving contingencies or not, etc.). He provided us with the information and context necessary for us to make informed decisions, without pushing us in any predetermined direction.
