We reached out to Christine looking for some insight and guidance as we dipped our toes into the housing market. We had a fairly specific location in mind, and the housing market in Los Angeles was totally crazy. Christine explained our options to us, was in constant communication as we began our search, and patiently answered our questions and provided us with her expert advice. We spent 6 weeks going to open houses without seeing a place that matched both our needs and our budget. Many of the houses we looked at were going for well over the asking prices, and listing agents we spoke with at the open houses informed us that many of them had dozens of offers. We finally found a place that we really liked (and could afford), and Christine helped us craft our offer. We thought that in the madness of the market, we would likely miss out, and did not get our hopes up. After a little bit of back and forth between Christine and the seller's agents, we were thrilled to learn that our bid was the winner. One bid, and we found our home - almost unbelievable. Christine continued to support us as we went through the stressful closing process, and stood by our side and fought for us as we negotiated the details along the way. She never wavered, and had our best interests in heart throughout. We are so happy that we reached out to her when we did - we've now been in our new home for a few months, and can't imagine what life would be like without it. If you are looking for a knowledgable, caring, and thoughtful agent, we recommend Christine with the utmost confidence.
