They were patient with us and really provided top notch service. They have been there for us when we’ve needed to look into how our home would appraise after the purchase and when we’ve had interest in the housing market since our purchase. When we look for our next house, we will definitely be working with Nick and Mary.

Very informative, kept me in the loop with every possible scenario with the different offers, what my options were, and what she thought would be the best way to move forward. Very pleasant experience. We had one open house and four offers after that. The amount of work that it takes to stage a property and to host an open house is truly astounding.
