Clare is the most caring, trustworthy, reliable person I know. That’s a big part of why she’s the best realtor I know. She truly cares, is always honest and wants to genuinely help you in any way she can. She keeps it real and is very up front. Selling a house is not an easy process, nor is it stress free but with mama Clare, it was easy. We truly can’t thank Clare enough for everything she has done for us. She helped us find our first home as well, and every step of the way, She communicated, told us what to expect, next steps, how best to help us. We didn’t have the easiest house buying with the sellers, but mama Clare stepped out of her way to work wonders for us. Taking calls after hours, arranging times for us to seethe house, working diligently with the other agents. There is just not enough words to describe how wonderful and an amazing person she is. The sellers agent said that he was the best agent that she’s ever worked with. He treated us like old friends and is very thorough, detailed and responsive and I felt that we could really trust him with such a big moment in our life. I would highly recommend Justin and his team and work with him again in a heartbeat.

Michele K managed the sale of our property with skill and professionalism. She is also fierce and feisty, working in her client's interests. She will literally kick the crap out of the competition to get you the deal you deserve. If you are buying or selling, we wholeheartedly recommend Michele K. (If you find yourself on the other side of the negotiating table, just give up now and save yourself the humiliation of having her take out your realtor when she goes full Jersey girl.) All joking aside, Michele K did a terrific job for us. She has a deep understanding of the local market and was able to guide us through the sales process. She made recommendations for small improvements and even supervised the work. She has a wide network of vendors and was able to quickly and efficiently schedule all work including a final cleaning and amazing staging. Michele K gave outstanding advice on pricing and all the other small details of the negotiations. At the end, we had multiple above list offers after a single weekend of showing.
