He had to navigate amongst three active family members (personalities) and a few silent partners. He was able to sell her existing home at the top of the market and then quickly turned around some purchase options that met all our needs. When we found the house she wanted, he quickly secured it and helped move the process along so that she was not without a home. It's amazing that he was able to multitask by both engaging with us on a personal level and keeping an eye on the market.
