Ana went above and beyond to help us get the house ready for sale. During a time of supply chain issues and high worker demands she recommended vendors and helped us in overseeing several major projects on our 100-year old house. This included painting, some new plantings, a new gate and the courtyard spruced up. A stager was brought in and professional photos taken to get us the best possible bids on the property. These were services we would not have been able to accomplish on our own, especially in the current seller’s market and on a very short time frame. We were extremely happy with the outcome - to the home and to the final price. Ana was very accessible via text, email and Zoom and kept us in the loop on showings, potential buyers and what to expect throughout the process. She would even jump in her car and run over to give second opinions about things like paint color. It was truly a team effort and in the end it paid off. We were also looking for a house at the same time and she was so responsive to anything we had an interest in and was willing to drive anywhere to look at every property with us and really spend the time to evaluate it. I never felt pressured or a hard sell when working with her. In fact one of the reasons I chose Ana was because we had visited an open house a couple years earlier and I really loved how honest she was without being pushy. I knew that was the realtor I wanted to work with when we were ready, and it was the best decision I ever made.
