We was very responsive and available. Though he couldn’t always be there in person, he always came through. We found a house we wanted and he helped us get it even though our offer was contingent. The sellers agent said that he was the best agent that she’s ever worked with. He treated us like old friends and is very thorough, detailed and responsive and I felt that we could really trust him with such a big moment in our life. Real estate transactions can be a stressful time but Kevin and his team did a fantastic job. The process was seamless from start to finish, Kevin kept us informed with hardly any input required from us. We felt that our home was very well priced compared to the market but Kevin's team found several qualified buyers and our home went for substantially over asking price.
