Richard was super helpful and really patient with us. We looked at several properties and twice thought we had found the one we wanted only to get in the car, discuss it and change our minds. Luckily Richard had a pretty good idea of what it was we might be looking for and 3 days later called us up asking if we'd like to go see a property he just found so we went and we loved it.
