We had talked to several Realtors but didn't feel they had the experience to get our condo sold quickly. When we met Kristen we were impressed with her knowledge and experience. Once we listed Kristen got to work and within the first 5 days of our listing we had a contract. Not only did Kristen get it in escrow quickly she was there for every showing. I have bought and sold many properties over the years but never had a listing agent that didn't just put up a lock box for other agents to get access to show the property. I found that very impressive and also comfortable that she was there instead of strangers walking around our home. Once in escrow Kristen was right on top of the transaction. Her follow up with us and the escrow company reflected her expertise. During the escrow we had a couple questions for our buyer and Kristen got back to us with the answers very timely.
