I cannot recommend Holly highly enough. I'm a first time homeowner and Holly is responsible for helping me realize that dream, from start to finish. Before talking to her, I thought homeownership was a fantasy, not for me, for other people with money, and people who knew what they were doing. I did not come with a big down payment, and zero knowledge of real estate. She answered all of my questions patiently and thoroughly. She was so generous with her time and her expertise. I never ever felt like she was in a rush or had any other competing priorities. She spent so much time talking me through the process, the strategy, pros and cons of different options. She is so incredibly knowledgeable about the market and the whole process. I am endlessly grateful to have had her guide me through this whole process. She is truly an expert, she responds immediately to communications, she listened to what I thought and respected it, but also knew when to show me another way or explain why I should reconsider. I loved that she didn't talk in terms of "you," but she would say "we," as in "I hope we get it." Truly felt like she was on my team, and just as invested as I was in this madness. She also has gone above and beyond, in doing things that are not part of her job, like helping me find contractors to get work done, meeting them at the property while I'm at work, sending me links to items I need to purchase for repairs, and even getting me started with home decor items in my color scheme. Seriously I could go on and on and on. I am a lifelong client for sure, and you should be too.
