Initially, I had a lot of anxiety about the homebuying process due to a lack of knowledge regarding it all. Working with Cheree I was able to ask as many questions as needed and felt at ease because of her awareness and extensive knowledge regarding home ownership. She constantly clarified different terminologies and provided information regarding the entire process from start to finish. Her knowledge and clarity, with myself, my spouse, and the lender, helped my home buying process be quick and efficient. She was very personable. She advocated for us regarding what our needs were during different moments, ensuring that nothing became a barrier/obstacle. She established our confidence as home buyers. I enjoyed her around-the-clock contact as well as her humor, and overall positive energy. She made the homebuying process very simple and I will use her again in the future. I have also referred her to several friends. Working with Cheree helped me to feel more knowledgeable about the homebuying process and what to look for on my next purchase.

Gadiel was literally holding our hands from the beginning to the end of our sale. Making our sale seamless. Knowledgeable and great communicator, never failed to let us know what was required everyday. After our open house Gadiel even went as far as to vacuum and mop our floors. Came home to a clean house making us feel comfortable after returning knowing that strangers had been in our home. He is opened to learn and embrace from unforeseen hiccups. Highly recommend because he cares and is a trusting agent.
