Initially, I had a lot of anxiety about the homebuying process due to a lack of knowledge regarding it all. Working with Cheree I was able to ask as many questions as needed and felt at ease because of her awareness and extensive knowledge regarding home ownership. She constantly clarified different terminologies and provided information regarding the entire process from start to finish. Her knowledge and clarity, with myself, my spouse, and the lender, helped my home buying process be quick and efficient. She was very personable. She advocated for us regarding what our needs were during different moments, ensuring that nothing became a barrier/obstacle. She established our confidence as home buyers. I enjoyed her around-the-clock contact as well as her humor, and overall positive energy. She made the homebuying process very simple and I will use her again in the future. We began our home search in March of 2021 at a point where banks were offering historically low interest rates. The market was extremely competitive and presented many challenges. Now we’re able to place our roots, continue growing our family and building wealth for the next generation.
