The house was a very difficult house to sell because it needed extensive and expensive repairs and upgrades, but nonetheless Kevin worked tirelessly to guide us through the process and get us the best possible price. I know that Kevin spent untold hours on the phone to find us a buyer, and he really, really earned his commission. Good job Kevin!!!

Rachelle has executed her job very well from start to completion. I was well informed from the time she listed the house up to the time the money was wired to our financial institution. Responded promptly on whatever questions I had regardless of the time. Was calm and patient. Negotiated very well with the buyer on needed items.
