What a pleasure. The Wwsdom and experience Vicky provided was much appreciated. In the fast moving hectic housing market, she provided soild council while not being overbearing in our decisions. She was very attentive and open to our suggestions and questions and more importantly made herself available to us at all times. Would recommend her to any one looking to buy or sell and I dont refer people lightly. She set the bar for all others to follow. I'll be honest, I did consider other real estate brokers who had strategies like creating bidding wars to max the sales price. I can't believe how fortunate we were to go with Patrick. This may occur more than once as buyers may drop out. 2) Professionalism - your agent is representing you and the home. Patrick's communication with the buyer's agent and buyer was as professional as he was with me. I feel Patrick brought honor to our home of many years. The buyer's agent complimented Patrick as such as in today's frenetic market it's not always the case. I referenced our home. I realized as we completed the sale the buyer had a positive experience with the smooth transactions and amenable negotiations.
