Laura is a wonderful real estate agent who helped us secure our dream home in a very tough buyer’s market - as first-time home buyers! We were referred by a close friend after they closed on their home. Things we liked about working with Laura: - She made the extra effort to get as much “intel” as she could from sellers’ agents on houses that we liked. This provided us enough background to put in competitive offers - She is a real estate industry veteran and knew a lot about what to look for, what to avoid, costly repairs, and remodeling opportunities - She knew the local market really well and had a sixth sense for market trends. She provided great suggestions to us especially since we were knew to the process - She provided a true advocate and took the time to listen to our questions and concerns while explaining things in a really clear manner to us as first time home buyers - She was prompt and thorough and never skipped a beat! All qualities required to be competitive in this housing market We really enjoyed working with Laura and recommend her without hesitation. Thank you for helping us secure our dream home!
