But then a huge ice storm ripped through Portland and cause $70k worth of flood damage. Jessica also project managed the repairs and coordinated contractors, insurance, realtors, HOA and others. She saved us at least $30k with her diligent negotiating and oversight. Any other realtor would have bolted (in fact one gave up after 30 days). And to top it all off, she managed to keep the original offer on the table the entire time and within 10 days of all repairs and mortgage company requirements, we sold the property. He was very professional, knowledgeable, polite and understanding from the time of our initial conversation all the way through the closing of escrow.
