What can we say about Charles that hasn’t already been said? All of the glowing reviews are absolutely true and well deserved. Charles has been a dream to work with for our journey as both a seller and buyer. He always answered all of our endless questions with such patience, was always quick to respond, no matter the time or day, and always had a friendly demeanor. Despite this crazy housing market, we never felt lost bc Charles was there to guide us every part of the way. He was thorough, extremely knowledgeable, and well connected. Even after close of escrow, Charles has been an invaluable asset in helping us secure and schedule vendors for our future home. He and his team have gone way, way above and beyond our expectations. We absolutely recommend him to anyone who needs a trustworthy and knowledgeable real estate partner.

Rodman is basically part of our family now! He has been the go to agent for my wife's immediate family, helping out with both my Mother and Father in-law's home as well as my Brother and Sister in-law's! With this being our first home purchase, he obviously came highly recommended, and he far exceeded our expectations! He guided us through the process from first looking at homes, to finding and making an offer on the one we loved! (That is correct, it was the only home we made an offer on, and because of his relationship with the seller's agent we got it!) One thing that really stuck out to my wife and I was his honesty. When we first went out looking at potential homes, he never pressured us into making offers and even told us flat out "you guys should not buy this one" if he felt we could do better. There was one place we looked at that we kinda liked, and then Rodman started pointing out all the flaws in it... What real estate agent does that?!?!?! He also helped dumb down everything during the loan process so we understood it, and made sure we were comfortable with everything going on.
