Rodman Amiri

Rodman is basically part of our family now! He has been the go to agent for my wife's immediate family, helping out with both my Mother and Father in-law's home as well as my Brother and Sister in-law's! With this being our first home purchase, he obviously came highly recommended, and he far exceeded our expectations! He guided us through the process from first looking at homes, to finding and making an offer on the one we loved! (That is correct, it was the only home we made an offer on, and because of his relationship with the seller's agent we got it!) One thing that really stuck out to my wife and I was his honesty. When we first went out looking at potential homes, he never pressured us into making offers and even told us flat out "you guys should not buy this one" if he felt we could do better. There was one place we looked at that we kinda liked, and then Rodman started pointing out all the flaws in it... What real estate agent does that?!?!?! He also helped dumb down everything during the loan process so we understood it, and made sure we were comfortable with everything going on. We could not have asked for a better Agent, and will be using him to sell and buy our homes for the rest of our lives! Thank you Rodman and Merit Real Estate for making our dream come true!!!!

It would be an understatement to say that Rodman and Merit Real Estate are unbelievably amazing! Being a first time home buyer was, at first, a terrifying and daunting thought, but Rodman laid our fears to rest and made the entire process exciting and enjoyable, and far less stressful than we had imagined. He stayed in constant communication with us, walking us through every step of the process and taking an innumerable amount of extra steps to ensure we were always comfortable and informed. He took the extra time to answer even the most inconsequential of questions, and he was always happy to do so. Rodman had our full confidence throughout the process, and we are enthralled to say that we are now homeowners thanks to his hard work, determination, and experience. Quite literally, we could not have done this without him!
