Allen is the best...I'm pretty sure he never sleeps because as a nervous first time home buyer, I was calling him at all hours with questions. He always answers immediately and nothing seems to phase him. After looking for a year with Allen we finally found THE house. The owners and agent were just terrible, basically trying to extort us during every step of the process. Allen handled everything for us and never broke a sweat - the deal ended very favorably for us. Allen is absolutely top shelf!!

Ann did great research to price my piece of property to get the maximum offer. She brought me tons of research that she did on area comps and nailed it with the offering price. My piece of property wasn't the normal house for sale, but rather a 1.8 acre piece of property with a house and some other buildings. You don't have that too often anymore in Orange County. Well, Ann did a great job to find me a buyer that put in an offer over asking. Considering I had a bunch of lowball offers, she did a phenomenal job at finding the right buyer. Also, if I ever had a question all I had to do was call and she would answer or call me right back. Great customer service! I really felt like I was treated like family and would recommend her to anybody that wants a competent, honest, hard working and dedicated real estate agent.
