Julie is an amazing agent and person. I have worked with her on multiple occasions and I'm regularly referring my friends and family to her. She always goes above and beyond, is always responsive and made each process as painless as possible. She got to know me and what I wanted/liked and through the search, she was great at suggesting places that fit that. In between buying homes, she went out of her way and helped find a short term rental that fit my unique needs at the time. I feel that she wants the best for her clients and it comes through in everything she does. She's honest, has integrity, and treats everyone with respect. In my most recent home sale, amidst COVID-19 and all of the additional steps needed to finalize, she made it happen and was in constant communication with me. I cannot say enough about how much I enjoyed working with her and how much I truly recommend her. I will never use anyone else, as long as I have a choice.

Rodman is basically part of our family now! He has been the go to agent for my wife's immediate family, helping out with both my Mother and Father in-law's home as well as my Brother and Sister in-law's! With this being our first home purchase, he obviously came highly recommended, and he far exceeded our expectations! He guided us through the process from first looking at homes, to finding and making an offer on the one we loved! (That is correct, it was the only home we made an offer on, and because of his relationship with the seller's agent we got it!) One thing that really stuck out to my wife and I was his honesty. When we first went out looking at potential homes, he never pressured us into making offers and even told us flat out "you guys should not buy this one" if he felt we could do better. There was one place we looked at that we kinda liked, and then Rodman started pointing out all the flaws in it... What real estate agent does that?!?!?! He also helped dumb down everything during the loan process so we understood it, and made sure we were comfortable with everything going on.
