We already had a realtor (not Keren) when we were buying a property. To our surprise and luck, the realtor was incompetent and was not doing his duty. She goes above and beyond the duties of a standard realtor with her background and knowledge of the market. She not only closed on time, she was on top of things and guided us throughout the process.
