John Paul was excellent in all regards! There were complex circumstances involved in selling our property including having to do so from a distance. John Paul more than rose to the occasion. Our initial contact with him was professional, courteous and caring. Not high pressure in any way. There was no doubt that he was there to advocate for us and he eased the process in every way. We had to sell during a time of great market fluidity and John Paul was knowledgeable of the changing market and his recommendations to us reflected that. He communicated frequently and always promptly responded to my inquiries in way that reflected his contemporary knowledge in a clear manner. Given our physical distance this was invaluable. John Paul also went above and beyond what I would consider the norm for an agent. He not only sold the house but helped to sell items within the house or make sure they were properly donated.
