Margie was on point. She was able to foresee any possible problems and correct them before they became issues. It was a difficult closing with all parties being absent. Margie made the closing smooth and we were able to close early. Great agent and lighthouse is a local well respected brokerage. Thank you Margie.

Jaime is knowledgeable in the home buying process. She asked questions I myself had no clue about. She never missed any deadline dates during my whole home buying experience. From May to September, she was on every date that required something needed to be done or completed by. This was a new build and she was with me through every step of this long journey. I’m so happy with my home purchase. It works for my son and myself and it’s in my budget. You will not be disappointed if you chose Jaime as your agent. I just wanted to say thank you. Thank you for everything, even on the days I was frustrated because I felt overwhelmed during this process from my lack of knowledge. This is my first home purchase so there was so much I didn’t know. Got my keys on Monday and all the weight of purchasing a home has been lifted. I feel happier knowing I’m a homeowner. Thank you Jaime.
