With him presenting, we had multiple offers for the house, and Trey and his partner sorted out through the varied offers to order them according to their relative strengths (which was a different ordering than simply their offering prices). After Trey countered to have some minor omissions and ambiguities corrected, the final sales price was about 9% higher than the listing price.
