Hello all, when my mom passed I needed a realtor. I looked on line and read the data presented. I decided to reach out to a few in close proximity to my mom’s residence in Camarillo. Jennifer was the first to call back. We met within days of the initial phone conversation. After meeting a couple times I felt confident Jennifer was a wise choice and it paid off. After posting the sale as “Coming Soon” for about 2 weeks, my mom’s residence sold the first day it changed to “For Sale.” Everything for closing went smoothly and Jennifer provided excellent advice and guidance. The guidance was key because I had never sold a residence.

John is a great realtor, he helped through the whole process. Always answered my questions fast, honestly, and gave his opinion on certain things to help with decisions. He asked alot of questions to make sure he found us the best house for what we wanted. He made sure we were always on top of everything to move the process along quickly. I would reccomend him to anyone.
