We had a peculiar problem with selling our house that had to do with getting the paperworks and signatures done across international borders. Through all the unexpected bureaucratic and legal hurdles, the ups and downs, the seemingly dead ends, Ivy never gave up on our case when we just about did. She never gave up on us, but persevered and stuck with us, cheered us up, worked with the lawyers, and brainstormed ways to get around our peculiar legal problems to finally sell our house. And best of all, she sold our house at a great price just as the real estate market had peaked and was on its way down! You won't regret having Ivy as your agent, because she is a true professional and her heart is in the right place. She will always put your interest first!

Andre guided us through our house buying process seamlessly. He was flexible, attentive, and put all of his effort in getting us a good deal. Will definitely be working with him again on future property ventures!
