Over the course of a year, he patiently took us looking at condos and then homes in Los Angeles to meet my needs. When we found a home, he recommended the professionals we needed to correct issues found during the inspection. When it was time to sell my home in San Diego, Michael told me how to stage my home and prepare for the photographs for my listing. He resides in Los Angeles, but he came to San Diego to hold two open houses. He arranged for a coworker to show the house when contacted by a prospective buyer. My home sold in about a months time. I especially appreciated the fact that he was not a high-pressure salesman. He was very patient during my buying process in Los Angeles which began in December of 2024 and ended in September with the home I purchased in 2025.

Michael was very knowledgeable and made everything very easy to understand. He was able to suggest some minor fixes to the house which I believe made the property sell quickly. Once I gave Michael the keys to the house, I didn't have to do anything. This was an easy and quick process, and I am very grateful.

Working with Michael Berlin was an incredible experience. He was not only highly professional but also genuinely caring and supportive throughout the entire process. He made everything feel warm, manageable, and far less stressful for my family and me. We truly felt heard, supported, and cared for every step of the way. Michael’s market knowledge is excellent, and his communication was always clear, timely, and reassuring. He carried himself with the highest level of professionalism while still being approachable and kind. I would wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone looking for an agent who truly goes above and beyond.
