We knew from the beginning that Ed would be the best realtor to help us buy our home. We we impressed by his deep understanding of market trends, his responsiveness to our personal needs and his ability to make excellent suggestions for solving problems. We felt comfortable with his professionalism and commitment from the start. We contacted Ed well over a year before we bought, with the intention of buying in six months. We thought selling our house after living in it for 52 years would be very stressful. However, it was much easier because of Ed's professionalism and his attention to detail. He gave us excellent suggestions about pricing which enabled us to sell our house within four days of listing and much higher than the asking price.
