Joe is the best when it came to selling my mother's house in NJ. I live in PA and Joe made the transaction seamless as I am not always available to be in town, from the marketing of the house to the day of closure. There were a few things that needed to be addressed before the sale and Joe took care of everything, meeting with contractors and overlooking everything to make sure the work was done correctly and to his high standards. Joe even stopped over a few times while I was there clearing out to house to lend a hand even with his busy schedule. As my wife said Joe is a stand-up guy who was always available to help. I would and will highly recommend Joe to friends/family and anyone looking for a realtor in the New Jersey market. I now consider Joe a friend not just a realtor and I'm sure we will stay in touch. I wish I had a few more salespeople like him that showed the dedication and caring that Joe has.
