Working with Christie and John Di Lemme was an incredible experience from start to finish. Before meeting them, my home in Port St. Lucie was sitting on the market, and I was frustrated. I did not feel like things were moving in the right direction. Then I met John and Christie, and decided to move forward with them, and everything changed. Christie came in with a clear plan, staged and designed the home, and completely transformed the way it looked. I honestly never imagined my house could look like that! The staging made a huge difference — and most importantly, it worked. My home went from Stagnant to SOLD! After that, Christie and John helped me with the next step: finding my new home in Fort Lauderdale. That was not an easy search. I was driving from Port St. Lucie to Fort Lauderdale every day, so finding the right home closer to where I needed to be was very important. We looked at A LOT of houses! Christie and John stayed patient and focused throughout the entire process. I had specific needs. I wanted space, privacy, a big yard for my dog Nova, no HOA, and the right community. In Fort Lauderdale, that is not always easy to find. Then Christie found my home. Although, I didn’t think so at first. At first, I was still thinking about a house with a pool, but she encouraged me to at least come take a look. Once I saw the yard, the lot size, the newer updates, the canal, and the potential to make it my own, I knew it was the right fit. Today, I am standing in my new Fort Lauderdale home, and it still feels surreal. Christie and John successfully sold one home and found me my next one! They guided me through both sides of the process, stayed committed, and made it happen. Nova loves the huge yard, and I am excited for this next chapter. This is what I can share about my personal experience with Amarillys. If you want the Rolls-Royce in the business she is it. Customer service to a level I have never experience in any part of my life. The exact feeling is that she only works for you and with you, she is your personal realtor and no one else's. Amarillys will ALLWAYS be available at whatever time. There was never a text or call she doesn't answer right away, she takes the time to walk you through the process of buying a house or guetting a loan not scary at all, explains every single detail where there is no confusion left or unanswered questions. My specific case was very difficult and a lot of doors where close where I thought I could never get a loan because of diffrent factors but she tackle each one and made them dissappear. She made sure I got the right price for my purchase, even lower than I was expecting it with the actual house being better than what I thought I could get. Most importantly is that she Leads with heart, your problem is her problem and you can feel the love and transparency that she actually wants to help you. It was such a long process of months but she never dropped me as a client even though I had many roadblocks in the process. Amarillys actually kept me hopeful that God had something special for me and it actually happened. Today's world is all about money and if you required to much work and not enough pay then they set you aside but she did not do that with me. Really theres not enough I can say that can actually express the gratitude of this human being, she was put in my path by God because she actually cares and she actually makes it happen. Is a person that passes by your life and you will never forget because she comes to make it better. Not to brag but she also sent us a beautiful gift after our transaction.

Jim is an amazing realtor. He handled the sale of my property professionally. He has a lot of knowledge when it comes to real estate questions. I had a little issue that he remidied quickly, making sure I was kept in the loop the whole time. Put me at ease. He worked very well with the buyers agent ensuring a smooth transaction. I was a little worried there might be an issue as I live out of state. Jim ensured me all would be fine and it was!!
