I worked with Ms. Andrea Gonzalez in purchasing my home 7 months ago. Andrea's quick responsiveness towards getting a contract executed allowed me to get this home as their were many offers on the table. She was able to communicate and negiotiate with the sellers realtor both professionally and responsibly. Andrea's demeanor was always pleasant, caring and helpful. Her knowledge of the area was unmatched by other realtors I previous had spoken with. Andrea is very articulate and communicative when dealing with myself and the other professionals we dealt with in the purchase of my home. I recommend Andrea Gonzalez as a highly knowledgable, responsible and extremely pleasant realtor and will continue to utilize her for all future home sale and purchases.
