Before connecting with Chantale, I had worked with two other realtors who couldn’t seem to find what I liked and desired. When being introduced to Chantale through one of my clients, I immediately knew I had wasted time and should have made her my realtor at the beginning of my journey. Her knowledge, understanding, AUTHENTICITY, and drive to find the best fit for you is what definitely separates her from many! She is extremely professional, and her communication is top-tier! I am very thankful and grateful for the experience I had with her. The home I purchased is the perfect fit for me, and I can’t thank God enough for Chantale making my dreams come true.

Chantale is by far the best realtor I’ve come across during this whole house hunting experience. I’m a first time homebuyer and I can definitely say that this current market was very competitive, to the point we were about to give up. After two realtors and multiple offers declined, we came across Chantale and she was so ambitious and has great energy. Literally within one week of meeting her, we were finally able to get an offer accepted due to her going the extra mile to seal the deal!!! But that didn’t stop there, she continuously communicated with us and gave us updates throughout the closing process. Trust me, she is the one. Thank you so much for helping us through this experience.

Chantale made everything super easy and kept me calm and hopeful during the entire process. I was losing hope since it’s a competitive market and she was super confident that she would find the perfect home with my budget. Because of her I found my dream home! She is truly an expert in her field. Chantale is quick and has an answer and a solution for everything. I would 100 percent recommend her . Truly the best!
