Now a days it's easy to be thrown a link and have to do alot of the foot work online independently, so it was refreshing to meet with someone who we knew was going to take all the things we were looking for and find us the perfect home. He is knowledgeable, enthusiastic, and helpful. Issues come up when selling a home, especially if it is an older home. Bob has a lot of experience. His opinions are valuable.
