I have known Bob for a number of years. He helped with the sale of my mother's house after passing. He also helped me sell my house a few years later. Bob is very dedicated to his craft. He is knowledgeable, enthusiastic, and helpful. Issues come up when selling a home, especially if it is an older home. Bob has a lot of experience. His opinions are valuable. He also knows many contractors and was very helpful in resolving issues that "came up". He has a great personality, very warm and welcoming. Definitely the kind of person you want to run into when buying a property and in turn, when selling a property, a person that makes you feel your home is in good hands.
