She answered all of our many questions, explained everything thoroughly, and ensured we were confident with every decision before moving forward. Cindy was very professional and courteous while working with us. She made absolutely sure that we understood every aspect of showing and selling our home. She pointed out the things we would need to take care of before the sale. Actually, it was only recaulking around the crown molding. When we had questions, they were answered immediately and she never made us feel like we were in a inconvenience. She had an excellent spreadsheet worked out so that it was extremely easy to compare the offers that we had on our house. She also helped with the decision by answering questions regarding the offers that required financing. I have already recommended her to my neighbor and several other people because she is polite, friendly, efficient and professional.
